1. Course Enrollment

  • Final Sale: All course enrollments are final. Once payment is processed, cancellations are not accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: Persistent technical difficulties preventing access to course materials.

  • Course Unavailability: Course is discontinued or unavailable post-enrollment.

3. Refund Request Process

  • Time Frame: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment.

  • Documentation: Provide detailed information about the issue, including screenshots or error messages.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of Mind: Deciding not to pursue the course after enrollment.

  • Failure to Meet Prerequisites: Not meeting the necessary requirements for the course.

  • Accessing Course Materials: Once course materials have been accessed or downloaded.

NOTE: The company policy for return and refund for all IT services other than training will be handed over in person to the clients at the time of sale or agreement.
